I couldn't agree more Coach Casey! I have seen Jakyrah throughout the years and I have never seen her without a smile on her face! When I hosted the Homecoming poster night at my house this past year she came along with her whole squad. Not only did they help make over 30 posters but Jakyrah stayed to help clean up all the mess. Little things like that really show what a great and caring person she is. She was so instrumental in making Homecoming such a success! I am personally so grateful that we have such a fabulous cheerleading team! If you have not seen them, I suggest you catch the next home varsity basketball game this Wednesday, 1-9-19 @ 7pm.

David is a fantastic basketball player and all around athlete. He represents, in my opinion, what a true "role model" is made of. He is incredibly intelligent and always gives 110% on and off the court. I remember one time when my son was in junior high and we would go to the varsity games, on the ride home he was counting on his hands what grade David would be when he would be a freshman trying to figure out if he would ever be able to play with him on the team. That's the kind of magnetic charisma he has on the court. The Hanna's are a true EWG sport family. David's parents are always willing to help and have been so involved in EWG sports for countless years. They have raised a fantastic young man and I know we will see incredible things from him in the future! Congrats David- and have an awesome senior year at EWG- you will be missed by many when you graduate!
